Hampton Inn Miami-Airport West - Doral

The breakfast was inclusive with juice, pastries, yoghurt, you will not be disappointed. Central location just off restaurants and diners, and the plaza nearby, it was in a very quiet area. Also, Miami Club Rum was 4 km away from the hotel.

King room with a refrigerator and a microwave accommodated us perfectly. The FANTASTIC service and shuttle to-and-from the airport far exceeded our expectations.

On visiting the USA it's great to sink into a comfy Hampton Inn bed after a long day's travel from Europe! Nice stay with all you need in a room of this standard. Good daily breakfasts in a fresh & airy breakfast room or on the poolside terrace. Some picky reviews have been made about this hotel, don't take them seriously and try it for yourself. Good value!

I was dissapointed that the room situation request I had made at the time of booking didn't seemed to have been noticed & therefore not acknowledged at check-in. Had to ask about it & was told we could move next day, however due to our short, busy stay it wasn't convenient to do so.

The pool was nice, the staff here was courteous. Also, location was magnificent, within walking distance of Cityplace Doral. The hotel was an ideal place for enjoying a really quiet area

You had coffee and fresh water all day long and breakfast room to sit in if you wanted a drink or something to eat for dinner that also had couches and a TV. Breakfast was pretty good. Yoghourts, waffles, fruit... now the juice was unnatural. receptionists were very kind, one did not speak Spanish very well but he tried very hard to understand us. There was a shopping area (cityplace) about 10 minutes walk away with a supermarket, clothing stores and restaurants.

The noise of the air conditioning that if it is true that you could turn it off and since it is working all day we did not have heat problems. We also unplugged the fridge because of the noise it was making. The shampoo we had started was thrown away and not replaced, but we asked for one at the reception and there was no problem giving us the one we wanted.

The room was clean, but persistent bad smells lingered in the hall.

Perfect for families with kids!

The staff were so friendly, especially that young guy at the front desk. He even gave the kids chips! Plus, the waffle machine was a hit, those little ones couldn't get enough of it!

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but still acceptable for what we got.

Our door handle broke the same day. We were stuck in the room before help arrived. The staff took forever to bring us a microwave and mini fridge to the room. The breakfast is limited in variety

Nice hotel located close enough to complimentary airport shuttle from 5 am and the mall and several restaurants and bars. Excellent service, practical standard room with sour towels and double bed, as example.

I was asking about the razor and toothpaste, but they forgot to bring the razor and toothpaste.
